Ambolimailaka is located on the island of Madagascar, between Manombo Sud and Toliara. Madagascar, the fourth largest island in the world, is located in the Indian Ocean, off the southeastern coast of Africa. Manombo Sud is a town and commune on the southeast coast of Madagascar. Toliara is the capital of the Atsimo-Andrefana region and the Toliara province; it is also located on the southeast coast of Madagascar.
