The DVD is 1½ long. Out of all that time 86 minutes are dedicated to three kitesurfing techniques: back loops, forward loops and transitions. Do you think that too much time is spent presenting just three techniques? The simple truth of the matter is that these three techniques are some of the hardest to pull off at an intermediate skill level. Many riders are left feeling disoriented and frustrated after trying to perform these three techniques. The overall aim is to get you to slowly build up your confidence and kite awareness, whilst spinning under the kite. All the topics are narrated in the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese The DVD is comprised of three chapters: Back loops chapter covers the following:

  • An initial look at how to use minimal kite movement and focus on your body movement and how it generates and effects your rotation.
  • A kite is put into the equation and the issue of getting rotations with more height is addressed.
  • Common Mistakes - solutions to the most common mistakes including over and under rotating.
  • Multiple rotations, grabs and launch and landing to toeside techniques will be addressed in the in the advanced section.

Forward loop chapter covers the following:

  • Focus on the body movements and their importance on the rotation.
  • A kite is put into the equation and the issue of getting rotations with more height is addressed.
  • Common Mistakes - solutions to the most common mistakes including over and under rotating.
  • Multiple rotations and grabs techniques will be addressed in the in the advanced section.

Transitions chapter covers the following:

  • Introduction to the simplest form of aerial transition – all the issues that arise from this are then addressed.
  • Back loop transitions.
  • Forward Loop transitions.
  • Common Mistakes - solutions to the most common mistakes including over and under rotating.
  • Advanced Transitions with more speed, multiple rotations and grabs.
