The Tantrum X-Carbon Custom blends wakestyle and lightwind performance into one package. It is perhaps one of the most efficient lightwind wakestyle kiteboards on the market. It is designed to allow you hit sliders and kickers aggressively when the wind barely blows. It is also extremely durable and can handle severe punishment with ease.

Do you feel like hitting some sliders and kickers while riding your kite, but the wind is not by your side? If the answer is yeas, you should try the new Carved Tantrum X-Carbon Custom. This board is designed to deliver lively wake energy in the lightest winds.

The board planes extremely quickly thanks to its sharp and narrow rail edge. Early planing performance is also enhanced by the parallel outline. Thanks to this wake optimized shape, the Tantrum rides much higher and with a parked kite and pops out of the water very quickly. Special elliptical tips enhance its overall performance.

The elliptical cut of the tips increases flex and reduces weight, but also provides an explosive pop. The rail is turned a little harder outside by the fins to provide explosive pop at take-off and the center of the tip is a little softer assure a smooth ride in chop and make landings softer. The wider profile of the tips also provides more surface in contact with the water.

An active rocker assures optimal control, plus better upwind speed. Sharp razor fins are used to provide increased grip and agility. The Tantrum X-Carbon Custom is built using a unique X-Carbon layer, infused into natural wood with high technology carbon fiber and fiberglass rails.
