The 2013 Nobile Flying Carpet is the ultimate light wind weapon. The innovative mix of advanced technologies and optimized shape allow this board to offer you a superb session when the other riders sit on the beach and wait for the wind to pick up.

The board is not only the perfect light wind machine, but also a great choice for beginner riders that are looking for a stable and reliable platform, for progression or for schools and resorts. The board offers such a smooth glide and superb control that it makes every ride a joy.

Although the Flying Carpet is a larger board that can push upwind with ease and offers great early planing performance, it is also lively and agile. The perfect grip and easy maneuverability that it offers make it a very accessible board for anyone. The board is crafted using a Dynamic Asymmetrical Shape which allows it to work in perfect harmony with your body.

The Elliptical Concave bottom assures a good grip and maximizes stability, while also providing a smooth drive even in chop. The Pre-Stress tech used by Nobile makes the board strong and light, but also creates a livelier response. Nobile has built the Flying Carpet using a Paulownia and Airex core, complemented by Triaxial glass fiber layers and ABS sidewalls. Additional glass fiber rectangular stringers improve overall strength.

the board has a decent flex and pop. looks big, but does not feel numb or hard to keep under control on the water. upwind performance is impressive. so is the low end.
