The British magazine announced that it is looking for an editor who has at least three years of experience in the kiteboarding industry, has an office with phone and WiFi, and has the ability to handle strict deadlines. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Photoshop, must has perfect written English skills, must be able to work remotely as part of a close-knit team, and must maintain a flexible, can-do attitude.

Kitesurf Magazine UK explained that the editor’s responsibilities would include the following:

  • Forward planning and editorial content management for Kitesurf Magazine
  • Creating, researching and inspiring in-depth and accurate reportage and stories about the sport
  • Managing a test team for producing technical equipment test write ups
  • Working closely with the design team to produce a visually appealing product
  • Close contact with the advertising team to develop and maintain sales.
