They are board suited for progressive riders as well as for advanced riders that like to perform technical moves. The Seven Eleven is part of the compact wave series and it is aboard suited for the advanced rider. It has a compact outline and feels relatively small when riding it. The smaller body of the Seven Eleven provides outstanding maneuverability, but only average stability and tracking performance.

It is the kind of board that needs good skills to be mastered. When used by an experienced rider, the Seven Eleven can catch almost any wave and fit into any pocket. It is a quick board which has a lively response. It turns fast and accelerates quickly. The board speeds down the line at impressive speed and has good rail to rail ability and vertical projection abilities. The board features a mono concave nose section complemented by a flat middle one and a slight V in the tail. These features improve the control in waves and make the board fast.

The Starboard Seven Eleven comes in Brush Carbon, TAC and Silver, Candy and Blue construction technologies and it is equipped with a thruster fin setup. Advanced riders will like the Brush Carbon model, due to its lighter weight and faster response. The TAC model offers a better dynamic shape stability and the AST ones provide increased durability.
