Ta-Hoe Nalu Paddle Festival 2012
The Ta-Hoe Nalu Paddle Festival is one of the most anticipated water sports festivals in California. The Ta-Hoe Nalu Paddle Festival takes place at Kings Beach State Park, Kings Beach, CA on the 11th and 12th of August.
The Festival is organized and presented by Quiksilver and Ta-Hoe Nalu. The festival hosts Open Fun Races, Elite Races, Kids Races, Team Relay Races and Distance Races. The cash prizes for the elite races reach a total of $10.000. The participants in the races will compete for cash, but also for trophies and other prizes.
But the Ta-Hoe Nalu Paddle Festival is not all about competition. The participants can attend free instruction lessons, live concerts, beach contests and many other entertaining activities.
Registration for the competitions starts on Friday, the 10th of August. Later that day, the participants can attend the Reception Party on the beach. Registration fee depends on each competition.
