Connor Baxter Dominates the Stand Up World Series

The Oleron Island Paddle Challenge, part of the Stand Up World Series, ended a few days ago with Connor Baxter taking the title in the men’s division. Starboard team rider Connor Baxter is one of the most complete watermen on the planet and he has proven that.

This is his 3rd straight overall victory in the Stand Up World Series. So far, he has a 100% winning record this season. In the Oleron Challenge, he he won the sprint competition and took 2nd in the long distance race which combined gave him the overall title for the event. It must be great to be Connor these days.

In the women’s division, Annabel Anderson, also a Starboard team rider, won the Oleron Challenge title. Annabel crushed the women's field and also most of the men.  She finished 6th overall (men and women) in the distance race and also was extremely fast in the sprint races.

The next stop on the European Trilogy of events agenda is the Bilbao World Paddle Challenge, which takes place in the Basque Country of Spain between the 21st and 23rd of June. Stay tuned.
