Karen Mirlenbrink Joins the Yolo Board Team

Karen Mirlenbrink is a dedicated ocean athlete and has been an active competitor on the SUP, surfski, kayak and outrigger canoe scene for many years. She is also the founder of Dunedin Pilates Studio in Dunedin, FL where she serves as both a Pilates teacher and a wellness coach.

Her career as a pro SUP athlete is quite impressive. Last year alone, she won the first place in the Waterman’s Paddle for Humanity (Women’s 12’6”) in Deerfield Beach, first place in the C2C Causeway 2 Causeway Challenge (Women’s Overall) in Cocoa Beach, and second place in the Chattajack 31 (Women’s SUP). She has also been named an Athleta 2013 Featured Athlete.

Yolo Board, one of the major brands on SUP industry, is proud to announce that the talented and skilled Karen Mirlenbrink is now part of their team. As part of the Yolo elite team, Karen will compete in national SUP races and assist the company in new program offerings.
