Goya FXRS 2010
The FXR board that Goya has released this year was a big hit and had a great success among freeride enthusiasts. The new FXRS is built on the same pattern, but is engineered to be larger and faster for its volume. Just like the FXR, the FXRS is available only in Eco Wood construction. This means it is made using a PVC and wood “double sandwich lay up” as the manufacturer specifies, to increase flexibility and overall durability. Not only that the FXRS is very light, but it is also very fast. The new foot positioning and the enhanced rocker line concentrate the weight of the rider to the edges and makes this board run at the speed of light through the waves. It is also a very stable board and has top floatability. The rider has a direct response control and can enjoy slalom, freeride or high speed sessions without any effort. Even in light winds, the Goya FXRS accelerates fast and once it has reached top speed it remains stable and easy to control due to its width. Goya team has worked also to make this board user friendly and forgiving, and has done a good job.
The FXRS is fast, efficient, easy to control and performs great in a wide range of conditions. It is a great board for beginner and advanced riders alike. The Goya FXR comes with the Liquid Pro fin developed by MFC which is designed especially for freeride and freerace extra performance.
