The 2009 KA Koyote features a few innovations and additions compared to the previous 2008 version, but it is still a sail especially designed for freeride and slalom. The 2008 model was a real success, so the new improvements only make the new Koyote perform better in both flat waters and high waves. For the new Koyote, KA has chosen to use a full X-ply construction. Using this material assures a low weight and durability, so the sail is user friendly and easy to set up. To increase control and provide a positive feedback for the rider the construction is based on a seven tube battens configuration. The foil is carefully optimized, so the sail runs at nice speeds and stays stable all the time. To make it even lighter and more maneuverable in large wind and wave conditions the KA Koyote uses a no camber design. Depending on the rider’s style and skills, the sail can be easily fine tuned to deliver the perfect amount of power. Depending on the model size adjustable or fixed heads are used. Actually only the 5.3 meter size uses an adjustable head to increase flexibility in low winds. The draft is also enhanced for additional stability, and even if the sail does not accelerate extremely fast, once it has powered up it reaches fast top speeds.

Fast, stable and with an accurate and responsive control KA Koyote is the sail that will make all your sessions comfortable and enjoyable. It comes in 5.3, 5.9, 6.6, 7.4 and 8.2 meter sizes and five distinct color styles.
