The Combat 2 is definitely a freestyle oriented kite. The previous model had issues with the construction quality, but this year, it's gone. The Combat 2 is robust and looks sweet.
It runs very well unhooked. It creates good power and feels very stable. It performs loop sin a row and the pull is consistent, but smooth. Also generates more pop when unhooked.
It's also a good upwind machine and I never had problems in gusts.
Relaunch is also quick. I think the wider wing tips help with that.
