The 2010 Rival board, with is Paulownia wood core, ABS sidewall construction, and flat bottom, is a very easy to use board, a very forgiving board that will help any rider improve his skill. This excellent all round boards can be used in a wide variety of conditions. It performs quite well in light wind conditions and when you want to enjoy a nice freeride or freestyle sessions. The board does not perform well in the waves.
This board offers a nice balance of performance over value. It is a good choice for the novice rider who is looking for a good entry level board that will help him improve his riding skills.
