The Choptop from Airush is a directional kite surfboard that successfully blends freestyle and wave performance into one package. It is a board that excels in real world wave conditions and it is extremely maneuverable. With the Choptop you can dominate small and medium surf, but also venture on bigger waves without problems.

The Choptop is the board you need to rediscover onshore riding and all-round fun. It is a board that runs smooth down the line, tackles waves easily and performs freestyle maneuvers without hassle. The guys at Airush have designed four Choptop models to meet all your wave needs.

The 5'3" blends the performance of a small wave surfboard with the throw around factor of a skimboard. It features a wider tail and a flat rocker to provide superior lightwind performance. It also uses a over the board geometry to provide perfect strong wind control. A concave deck assures a lower center of gravity for a better stability and strapless performance.

The 5'6" model features a medium volume and delivers all-round performance in onshore to cross-onshore conditions.

The 5'8" model is optimized for lighter wind conditions and can support a heavier rider. It uses a snub nose outline to keep the volume forward and allow for maximum planning.

The 5'10" Choptop is a light wind machine. It packs some extra volume and has a specific outline that allows you ride aggressively in the most marginal conditions. It also has very good crossover surf potential.

It's fun and easy to ride in small surf and mushy waves. It has a cool 'flex' and it's stable. And the flat rocker makes it cool to ride in lighter winds. It's a cool wide, short surfboard.
