The Calibro9 Racoon is defined by excellent freeride and freestyle potential. It is a board that sports a hydrodynamic friendly profile and can excel in various conditions, from perfectly flat waters to heavy chop. At the same time it packs solid power, but it is user friendly, so it can accommodate all sorts of riders with ease.

With the new Calibro9 Racoon you can enjoy a perfect freestyle or freeride session in real world conditions. It is a board designed to be forgiving and efficient at the same time. It has a compact shape which makes it agile and easy to control by any rider. The slightly wider hips and rounded outline provide plenty surface for early planing and boost its upwind efficiency. In fact, the Racoon gets on a plane in no time and blasts upwind.

Custom shaped tips are used to minimize spray. The board sports a double fish tail with slides on tips to ensure optimal grip and perfect control and bite in all conditions. The hull is optimized to provide perfect water flow, so the glide is very smooth and you can feel in control at all times. The moderate flex pattern gives you plenty of pop to perform cool tricks, but also assures a comfortable drive and very soft landings.

The board can become aggressive when you push it, so if you are a hardcore rider you can perform all sorts of stylish tricks with ease. The guys at Calibro9 have built the Racoon using a light wood core plus a top sublimated reinforced sheet and material silver allutek. This structure is light and durable and makes the board very responsive. The Racoon is supplied with straps, pads, grab handle and fins.
