The 2013 TX 6 is designed for riders who want versatility with performance and accessibility. It is a highly efficient freeride and freestyle board which can take your sessions to a new level. The 2013 TX features the same shape as the previous year’s model, due to the fact that it offers a perfect mix of performance, comfort and accessibility.
The TX 6 features a single concave bottom, complemented by side channels. This profile allows it to feel very forgiving when cutting through chop and provides superior early planing and directional stability. The lateral V provides easy edging too.
The mix of concave and channel which tightens the central part not only that assures instant planing, but also improves upwind performance. The concave provides good grip, while the channel assures a clean water flow and relieves pressure on the back foot, to make the ride comfortable. The Dynamic flex of the TX 6 assures excellent control when edging and absorbs chop to add extra comfort. The board is crafted using a full wood core wrapped in a full fiberglass envelope.
This construction results in the Direct Drive Technology, designed by F-One to make the board quick, precise and active. This tech and construction also provides optimal strength to weight ratio. The TX 6 offers a more progressive and constant contact to the water due to its Inverted Rails. The entry into the water is more gradual and the board feedback smoother.
