The Ocean Rodeo Mako Freeride series provides the ultimate freeride performance on flat water or coastal chop, on the waves or in the flats. The Mako Freeride and Mako King boards provide freeride enthusiasts with top performance and reliability and make them feel right at home out on the water.

The Makos are available in five sizes, and each size is optimized to offer top performance. The Mako 130, 135, 140 and 150 offer you classic Twin Tip performance in various conditions, while the 165 (Mako King) has anything you need to power your Twin Tip or Mutant riding needs.

The 140 and 150 can also be converted to Mutant style by adding extra fins. The 140, 150, and 165 Makos can be set up to ride as a twin tip or mutant stance, while the 130 and 135 are designed for twin tip set up only. All of the boards use mini-tucked rails that enhance grip and generate harder carving turns and more pop off the rail. These boards feature the deepest concave of any twin tip available in order to offer a smooth glide in chop and improve carving efficiency.

The 130, 135, 140 and 150 models feature Contoured 3D EVA foot pads, while the Mako King features a full length deck pad. These pads provide extended comfort and a reliable grip. The boards are crafted using a rugged Wood core, complemented by tri ply glass layers, ABS sidewall and Duraclear top and bottom. This structure is light, yet virtually indestructible.
