As the guys at Shinn say, the Ultrasonic is a kick ass board that allows you to mix up styles as you wish. It is a precise and responsive twin tip with great freestyle, wake and freeride potential.  It is a board that can accommodate advanced and intermediate riders and excels in a wide range of conditions. Pop, stability, grip and control are just a few of the features that make this board a perfect crossover platform.

With the Shinn Ultrasonic you can ride fast, boost big, carve and slash with style and do whatever tricks you can think of. It is a twin tip that perfectly balances power with maneuverability. It features a parallel sided outline that gives it increased directional stability and makes it quick to plane and easy to ride upwind.

The compact profile makes it easy to throw around and control. A constant curve rocker provides superior grip and ensures perfect control at high speeds. The continuous rocker provides a solid edge grip in all conditions. The board uses Shinn’s Hydro-Flo technology to deliver more pop when needed. It has a moderate flex that delivers both explosive pop and comfort. This hybrid flex pattern also assures accurate control.

The Ultrasonic features a progressive concave bottom shape which is used to stiffen the centre section of the deck without affecting the tip flex and decrease the rocker of the board when riding it flatter. It also improves stability and assures a smoother water flow. The board is able to adapt to your riding style in order to increase its overall performance. It can be used with boots or straps, depending on your style. The Ultrasonic is built using a light structure based on a full wood core.
