The Varial X is the most efficient all-round kite in the 2014 Airush kite range. With the Varial X you can experience a new dimension of waveriding, freeride, wakestyle and freestyle. It is a kite designed to accommodate all disciplines with style. It is designed using a Supported Leading Edge C-Kite (SL-C) platform that gives it a C-Shape arc, which delivers great turning and direct response in combination with Support Leading edge range and relaunching.

The flatter wing tips create a C-kite feel, providing a direct response and steering. The bar pressure on the Varial X is moderate, allowing the rider feel the kite during turns. The foil profile is optimized to deliver superior upwind and popping abilities. The Varial X also offers excellent forward speed, unhooked performance, relaunch, stability and depower. The lower aspect, square wingtip design and three strut configuration boost its stability and relaunch to new levels. The special V3 bridle system provides a very smooth and responsive de-power. It makes steering easy and light, yet direct and precise. It also enables the kite to be steered and controlled when depowered.

The Varial X is built uisng a hardcore construction. It features the A.R.T. Airush frame technology which distributes the load off the stitched lines on the main panels of the canopy to maintain a perfect shape during flight and prevent damage when it is crashed. A 4 piece strut with bomb proof double sandwich centre seam to reduce the amount of stitching points for reduce wear as well as increased rigidity. The Unity Strut Connection assures a solid connection from strut to leading edge and creates a stiff structure which enhances overall performance and relaunch.
