Liquid Force Envy 2015 Kite Review
Kite Features
The new Envy is a kite that redefines the term all-round performance. It is an all terrain machine that runs great in virtually any conditions and can accommodate all riders, regardless of their style or skill level. It is a user-friendly kite that packs power, control, comfort and ease of use into a single package. For the 2015 season, Liquid Force have improved the design of the Envy, to make sure it is lighter, more responsive and more efficient than ever before.
The new 2015 Liquid Force Envy keeps its user-friendly feel and do-it-all response features for the new season, but it also comes with new refinements and enhancements. The Envy can do it all and is perfect for all riders. It features a smaller leading edge and smaller diameter struts, so it is faster through the window and can push upwind without effort. The three strut design keeps it crisp and sharp and assures superior stability.
Liquid Force’s Synergy Strut construction adds extra rigidity to the canopy profile adding strength and an ultra responsive direct feel. Thanks to a lower profile pulley-less bridle, called Bridge Bridle, there is virtually no drag and the rider can experience a crisper feel and more of a direct connection to the kite. The higher sweep of the wingtips improves turning speed and bar feedback, but also assures super quick relaunch, even in light winds. It also provides a silky smooth power band for seamless power/depower and more definitive kite control.
The redefined arch of the struts ensures a balanced performance and accurate control. Thanks to the delta-hybrid profile, the Envy offers the perfect mix of power, control, easy relaunch and depower and simplicity.
