The 2012 Liquid Force kite line was designed with specific focus on usability and efficiency. All the kite models are constructed according to the highest performance and quality standards and perform outstanding. The Nirvana is a new generation type of kite. If you think the C-kite is no longer a top performer, you need to try the Nirvana. It is powerful and fast, it packs huge pop and it has an unmatched control.
The kite is perfect for experienced riders looking for extreme freestyle performance. The five strut design and the Liquid Force Rigid Batten wind tips system make the kite very responsive and increase the overall rigidity. This way it is reliable, steady and easy to control in both light and strong winds. The fused hybrid mini bridle improves handling and allows the rider to perform any maneuver without effort.
The Nirvana has a wide turning axis and a fast turning speed. The USB 3.1 (Ultra Stable Equalizing Bridle) allows the rider to keep the huge power of the kite under control without effort. The Diamond Wingtip design makes the kite fast and reduces drag. Liquid Force has also enhanced the Nirvana with excellent depower and relaunch abilities. The kite uses the CPR control system, designed around a breakthrough Center Line Push Release safety system which provides total depower in seconds.
The kite is constructed using high quality Teijin Ripstop T9600 fabrics. This construction makes it light and very durable.
Control Bar
The control bar Liquid Force introduced for the 2012 range of kites is called the CPR. The name is short for Centerline Push Release. Why did Liquid Force select this name? Why because the control bar is designed around a breakthrough Center Line Push Release safety system
CPR features:
• Depower options: 100% depower flag line leash attachment option and 90% depower leash attachment setting. The 100% depower flag line leash attachment option will completely depower the kite while the rider is hooked and the bar is released. The 90% depower leash attachment setting, which can be used by attaching the leash to the end of the mainline, allows the rider to repeatedly depower the kite in a safe manner.
• Below the bar depower cleat – a 3D cleat is molded into the CPR chicken loop and the power adjustment mainline runs through the aforementioned 3D molded cleat.
• Center Line Push Release – the rider can easily and safely release the kite with just one hand, it doesn’t matter which.
• No mechanical or metal parts – all the parts are molded plastic, meaning they are impervious to rust, corrosion sand, salt, heat, and other factors that may cause harm to the bar.
