The Fuel is powerful and versatile, the kind of machine that turns pro riders into champs. It is the kite of choice for riders like Ruben Lenten, Lewis Crathern, Eric Rienstra and many other epic ones. For the 2013 season, the Slingshot team has tweaked and improved this great kite, to make sure it offers even bigger boosts and more power.

The Fuel is designed using a Classic C-Kite Platform which generates excellent power and low end and allows the rider to perform mega loops without effort. It also assures good upwind performance. Riders that love aggressive freestyle and wakestyle will love this kite. Apart from its awesome power, the kite offers rock solid stability and precise control.

The kite can be easily tuned to suit wakestyle and freestyle, due to the Custom Fuel Injection technology. The kite is built using Slingshot’s Splitstrut Integrated Design which integrates the strut and canopy into one solid and rigid wing. This design makes it lighter, more durable and more stable. It also allows it to produce more power under heavier loads.

The Tri-Tech Protection construction technology significantly improves overall durability. The kite is protected against damage by ballistic Kevlar, Mark Cloth and Neoprene reinforcements plus strategically placed scuff guards and surf tough seams.
