Manufacturer Slingshot Sports designed the 2010 Darko board to meet the need of the aggressive freestyle rider who wants to take his tricks to the next level.
This is the first Slingshot-manufactured twin-tip board to feature Fastrack, the mounting system developed by Slingshot that offers multiple stance options as well as an optimal connection to the board. The 2010 Darko is also the first twin-tip board to feature Progressive Flex Technology, or PRT for short. This technology, as Slingshot explained, “delivers an advanced, smooth, steady yet explosive pop to any freestyle minded rider through the innovative vertically laminated wood core.”
The graphics the 2010 Darko features are based on original drawings by Tweeqim Creative Lab’s Miq Willmott, who provided art for rock band Motley Crue, Nike, and Dell.
