Don’t you hate it when you go to the beach, hoping for a good session, but the wind is so light that not a kite can liftoff? That is a gruesome scenario, I know. But if you were to use Wainman’s 2010 Big Mama kite, you wouldn’t have to sit on the beach cursing your misfortune. You would be out there having some fun on the water. You see, the 15m Big Mama kite is so, well, big that it will go up in the lightest of breezes.
Now I know what you’re thinking; something along the lines “this kite is so huge it will handle like a truck.” It is true that the Big Mama is a big kite. It is not true that it will handle like a truck though. Wainman has made sure to build this kite as lightweight as possible. Consequently the 2010 Big Mama is responsive, turns quickly, and offers good pop.
The bottom line is that if you want to ride in very light wind conditions, or if you are a larger rider, then you need to use the 15m Big Mama.
