ASF Annual Championship 2012

ASF Annual Championship 2012

Period: Oct 12 - Oct 14, 2012
Location: Sebastian Inlet, United States

The ASF Annual Championship is organized by Atlantic Surfing Federation, a member of Surfing America and the National Governing Body for the sport of amateur surfing in the USA. This is the first event of this kind organized by the ASF, but we are sure it will be a huge success.

The participation in this championship is based on invitations. The top finishers in the Global Points system used by the organization and the top qualifiers from each of the chapters will be invited to compete.

Here’s a word from Brian Broom, Competition Director, who guarantees a unique and amazing event: "This is going to be a first class event, I can assure you. […]We are excited to announce that the ASF Championships will be a qualifier for the USA Championships and the Surfing America Prime Series for the 2013 events.  Being part of the National Governing Body System is only a plus for our committed upper level athletes."

The first ASF Annual Championship takes place in Sebastian Inlet, Florida, between the 12th and 14th of October. To find out more about this event, please visit the ASF website.
