Australia and South Africa Line Up Their Teams for the DaKine ISA World Junior Surfing Championship

Both Australia and South Africa are countries with a deep tradition of surfing. Some of the best surfers in the world come from these countries. And both countries support the development of surfing all over the world and encourage young riders to take part in world class events.

That is why both countries have assembled the perfect ISA Junior teams to compete in the upcoming DaKine ISA World Junior Surfing Championship. Fernando Aguerre, ISA president, stated: "The Australians and South Africans always come to ISA events with talented surfers and their eyes set on gold medals. But they're also spectacular sportsmen and sportswomen, who understand the value of team camaraderie and fair play."

The DaKine ISA World Junior Surfing Championship is presented by Billabong and will take place at Playa Venao, Panama, starting with the 14th of April. Australia and South Africa are just two of the countries that send their best juniors to compete in this prestigious event. More than 300 talented young riders will battle for the titles.
