World Wake Surfing Championship to Be Broadcasted Live on the Web

Get ready for an unreal clash of the titans between the 27th and 29th of September, as the World Wake Surfing Championship lands in BlueWater Resort and Casino, in Parker, AZ. This amazing competition is supported by Centurion in partnership with The Competitive Wake Surf Association and will gather the elite of wakeboarding for an epic show and a battle for $40,000 cash and over $15,000 in prizes.

This year, wakeboarding fans that can’t attend the event in person to see their favorite riders shredding the waves, are in luck. The World Wake Surfing Championship will be broadcasted live over the internet via The Competitive Wake Surf Association website.

The broadcast will be covered by five high performance cameras, o fixed on the towboats, one roaming for athlete interviews, one with a long lens shore mounted and one last one mounted on the announcer’s tower. It will be an awesome show, so don’t miss it.

Here is what Todd Gaughan, Tournament Director, says: “We really went all-out with this production to make this best televised wake surfing event it could be. It was all made possible because of the great relationship between Centurion Boats and the CWSA. We’re expecting an awesome show for all, whether they are at the event live or watching from home!”
