The new line of boards introduced by Fanatic in 2011 is crafted according to the highest quality standards and offers uncompromised performance.  If you are a dedicated wave rider, you need a snappy and agile board to power your drives. The new Fanatic NewWave Twin TE might be perfect for you. The board features a narrower and more compact profile which allows it to handle various wave conditions with ease. This profile also provides a very smooth glide.

The board is easy to power up in light winds and fast in high ones. Fanatic has used a reduced double concave bottom shape to assure improved stability and better handling. This design also generates a smooth water flow and assures a fluid drive. An additional forward concave provides excellent early planning performance and improves top speed. The new rocker line keeps the rider in control at all times and generates additional speed when heading upwind. It also improves the acceleration and allows the rider to perform quick maneuvers without hassle. The Fanatic NewWave Twin TE features a wider tail which generates optimal low end and improves turning speed and accuracy.

The board is crafted using a special technology, based on a robust Carbon base layup complemented by a Carbon Kevlar deck plus additional Carbon and Wood reinforcements in high tress areas. This construction assures a perfect stiffness pattern and makes the board very reactive to rider input. It also provides an excellent strength to weight ratio. The board can be used with 3.7 up to 6.5 square meters sails, depending on its size.

• Carbon Kevlar Deck
• Carbon/Wood Heel Reinforcements
• G10 Pre Preg Fins
• Twin Fin Setup

It is one of the most responsive boards I've used. It offers quick turns and sharp slides. Upwind performance could be better. It is a bit hard to go back upwind when you are using a larger sail. This board is agile and accurate. It is a perfect tool...more
