Tabou boards are about to revolutionize the windsurfing world in 2011. The Tabou team has used a new shaping and construction technology in the development of these boards, to make sure that they are able to offer the best performance in their class. If you need reliable wave riding performance, the new Da Curve is the perfect board for you. The board packs plenty of power, yet it is easy to use and fun to ride.

The compact shape makes it very snappy and reactive. The board does not pack volume in excess, but the volume is proportionally spread to assure optimal stability and floatability. The narrower tail generates perfect release and allows the rider to experience fast and accurate turns. At the same time, a new rocker line which perfectly matches with the board’s outline assures a good top speed and excellent planning performance. The concave bottom design generates a very fluid drive by optimizing the water flow underneath the board. It also assures excellent grip and stability. The great thing about the new Da Curve is that it is able to absorb chop and offer a very comfortable ride.

The board is fun to ride and reliable even in bump and jumps conditions. The board uses a single fin setup, but it feels like it would have two fins. This fin setup allows the rider to perform better turns, it generates extra power for big jumps and offers extra lift. It also increases grip and provides better planning performance. The board is engineered using the Flexlight CK technology which assures optimal stiffness and makes it very light. The board is extremely versatile and reliable in all wave conditions. No wave is too big or too small for the Tabou Da Curve.

The wider stance makes these boards great for down the line wave sailing. They are fast and comfortable. To use it in onshore conditions I suggest you narrow the stance.
